under the flyover

If you experienced last year’s ground-breaking show by art collective MuTATE Britain then prepare yourself for One Foot In The Grove. Their new spectacular is set to be even bigger and better than before, with more artists showcasing more art, and more ingenious sculptures. One of my favourite pieces is ‘Coke Moss’ (below) by K-Guy, which is apparently based on ‘the Americanisation of British society and the lack of good British exports other than celebrity’ – though I’m just taking it at face value. The show opens today under the Westway Flyover in Ladbroke Grove and continues every weekend until 25th October. It could possibly be the most mind-blowing art show you’ll see in London this year. Fact. Especially as it’s only £1 before 6pm and £3 after.
